SPICY SAUSAGE MAC & CHEESE
Spicy Sausage Mac & Cheese
- 1 Box Shells & Cheese
- 1 roll pork breakfast sausage (16oz)
- 1 can diced tomatos w/ green chili's (spicy or Hot)
- 1 small can sliced mushrooms
Prepare shells & cheese according to the box. At the same time, break up the pork sausage in a pan and brown to desired done-ness (I like it a little crispy). Drain excess grease from the pan, and add sausage to the mac & cheese. Add the can of tomatos & chilis and the can of mushrooms, mix well. Heat for 3-4 minutes on the stove on low/medium & serve. Serves 4.
