SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg cream cheese
  • ¾ c parmesan cheese
  • 1 cp mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tbsp mayo
  • ¼ cp skim milk
  • 3 pkg frozen spinach
  • 1 cn artichoke hearts

Directions

  • Put first 5 ingredients into microwave/oven safe container with a lid
  • Heat in one minute increments until easily mixable
  • Mix spinach and artichoke with the mixture
  • Bake in a 350 degree oven for 50 minutes covered, 10 mins uncovered
