- 2 pkg cream cheese
- ¾ c parmesan cheese
- 1 cp mozzarella cheese
- 4 tbsp mayo
- ¼ cp skim milk
- 3 pkg frozen spinach
- 1 cn artichoke hearts
DIRECTIONS
Put first 5 ingredients into microwave/oven safe container with a lid
Heat in one minute increments until easily mixable
Mix spinach and artichoke with the mixture
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 50 minutes covered, 10 mins uncovered
