SPINACH BALLS
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 20
- 2 boxes frozen spinach cooked drained very dry
- 1 sm bag Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
- 2 large onions, chopped fine
- 4 eggs beaten
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tablesppon Accent seasoning
- 1 Tablespoon garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/2 cup butter
DIRECTIONS
Mix well. shape into 100 small balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes serve hot.
