SPINACH BERRY SMOOTHIE

  • Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 and 3/4 cup ph balanced water
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbs coconut butter (I use artisana 100% raw organic)
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • .5 ounces fresh parsley
  • 1 large organic apple cored and sliced but peel on
  • 1 organic carrot peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1 cup organic blueberries
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 1/2 tbs hemp seed
  • 1/2 tbs ground flaxseed

Directions

  • First rinse the parsley and spinach in a strainer.
  • Place water, coconut butter, banana, spinach, parsley, blueberries and lemon juice in blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Then add, carrot, apples and seeds.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

This smoothie will get you through to lunch time by leaving you full and giving you the fuel you need!
