1 box frozen chopped spinach - drained well
salt to taste
1 can mushroom soup
1 tbsp grated onion
3/4 cup grated cheese
1 beaten egg
1 cup stove top stuffing
1/2 cup butter or margarine
Do not cook spinache BUT drain well
Add everything but buter and stove top stuffing
Melt butter and add stove stop.Put 1/4 cup stuffing mixture in the spinach mixture.
Put in a greased casserole
Put the remaining 3/4 stuffing mixture on top of the casserole.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
