SPINACH DIP

Ingredients

  • 1 10oz package frozen spinach, cooked, well drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup diced parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt

Directions

  • Mix all together 24 hours in advance.
  • Serve in a hollowed out round loaf of bread.

Notes

You can buy it in the store, but it is so much better made from scratch. I learned how to make this when I lived in California many years ago.
