SPINACH DIP
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cup low fat mayo
- 1 1/2 cup low fat sour cream
- 1 pkg dry vegetable soup mix
- 1/3 cup chopped water chestnuts
- 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach (thawed)
- 1/3 cup chopped green onions
- 1 round bread
DIRECTIONS
Defrost spinach. Drain water from spinach. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Cut a circle in the top of the round bread and remove the bread in the circle to form a nicely, shaped bowl. Pour spinach dip in bread bowl. Serve with cut pieces of sourdough bread or crackers
