Ingredients You'll Need
1 (8oz) brick cream cheese, softened
1 frozen package chopped spinach, thawed
¾-1 c. mayo (never use miracle whip)
1 c. Parmesan cheese
½ c. white or yellow onion, diced small
¾ Tbsp. Garlic powder
Red pepper flakes to taste(optional)
Salt & pepper to taste (optional)
Mix ingredients until well incorporated.
Bake at 350*F for 30 to 45 minutes.
Recipe can be doubled.
