Ingredients

2 pks. frozen chopped spinach
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp . Flour
2 tbsp .yellow onions (chopped)
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup vegetable liquid
1/2 tsp . black pepper
3/4 tsp . celery salt
3/3 tsp . garlic salt
1 6 oz .roll jalapeno cheese
1 tsp . Worcestershire
Season to taste


Cook spinach according to instructions on pk. ,drain & save liquor . Melt butter in a sauce pan over low heat . Add flour, stirring until blended & smooth but not brown .Add hopped onion & cook until soft then add liquor slowly stirring to avoid lumps .Cook until smooth thick, add seasoning,& cheese which has been cut in small piece Stir until cheese melts then combine cooked spinach .


Put in a baking dish ,top with bread crumbs,


Bake @ 350 degs. about 15 to 20 minutes
