Spinach Seafood Salad
1 lb. spinach pasta
12 oz. imitation crabmeat
1/2 cup salad shrimp
1 cup diced cheddar cheese
1 cup diced mozzarella cheese
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and diced
1 can black olives, halved
3/4 cup Italian salad dressing, at room temperature
1/2 cup mayonnaise, or to taste
Cook rotini according to package directions. Drain, but do not rinse.
Mix crabmeat, salad shrimp, cheeses, cucumber, and olives in large bowl. Add hot pasta.
Mix thoroughly and let set for 1 minute.
Add salad dressing and mayonnaise and mix. Serve warm.
