1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 tsp garlic salt
1 stick butter or margarine (melted)1 bag 16oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp baking powder
1 box of frozen chopped spinach
(defrosted & drained well)
First mix together the flour, milk, eggs, baking powder, garlic salt, butter (melted), & onion (optional) with spoon (no electric mixer needed).
Add the spinach. Make sure it is drained well or mix will be soupy. If this happens you can add a little flour to thicken it up.
And, finally mix in the cheese!
Pour mixture into 9x13 baking pan & cook for 25-30 minutes at 350.
Cut into squares (about 10-12) & serve!
This may be served either hot or cold.
