Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Why I Love This Recipe

I know this dip is everywhere but I have been making it for years based off of a spinach side dish my mother in law used to make. I hate to be a snob but I always feel like my dip beats the rest. And it's easy!


Ingredients You'll Need

2 8oz. bricks of cream cheese
1 cup mayo
1 tsp of crushed garlic (from jar)
1 cup parm cheese
1 can whole artichoke hearts, chopped in big pieces
1 box frozen spinach, thawed and drained


Directions

Soften cream cheese for about 1 minute in microwave


Add mayo and garlic and mix with hand mixer for 30 seconds


Add remaining ingredients and mix together by hand


Put in 9x9 baking dish and bake for 25 minutes


Serve hot and bubbly with Triscut Crackers or Tortilla chips
