  • 2 large bunches of spinach (70 gram)
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic
  • (Salt to taste)


  • 1.Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the spinach to the skillet and cover; allow to cook 5 minutes. Stir in the garlic (and salt )and cover again for another 5 minutes; remove from heat. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese to serve.
