Spooky Smoky Guacamole

Ingredients

3 small, ripe avocados, halved and pitted
2/3 cup onion, chopped
2/3 cup packed fresh cilantro, chopped
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
2 Tbsp canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, seeded and finely chopped
1 Tbsp adobo sauce
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt


Scoop avocado flesh into bowl and mash with fork.


Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill. Makes 3 cups
