SPOOKY SMOKY GUACAMOLE

- 3 small, ripe avocados, halved and pitted
- 2/3 cup onion, chopped
- 2/3 cup packed fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 Tbsp canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp adobo sauce
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
Scoop avocado flesh into bowl and mash with fork.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill. Makes 3 cups
