1/2 Cup Sugar
2/3 Cup Squash
1 cup flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
Beat together sugar, mashed squash and egg.
Sift dry ingredients together and add along with melted butter.
Line a muffin pan with papers.
Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
