Steak - Chicken Marinade

Marinade/Rub  Misc. Condiment 

• Preparation Time: 5
• 1 pack soy sauce
• 1/2 pack mustard
• 20 packs or 1 cup duck sauce (can be store bought)
• fresh garlic minced

Put on your meat of choice and marinade 5 hours. I like to stir fry or grill.

I always have extras of those Chinese condiment packages. You know the soy sauce - duck sauce - mustard, so I came up with this recipe. I use it for plain meat mostly chicken and steak and even do stir fries with the meat or just grill. Quite tasty, it's a favorite in my home.
