Steak and Peppers
3 lbs. London Broil, sliced into 3/8 inch slices
2 medium green peppers, sliced
olive oil or vegetable oil
1 jar spaghetti sauce
Saute the green pepper slices in oil until tender. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer until hot.
Broil the steak slices for 3 minutes on each side. Arrange in a casserole dish and spoon the spaghetti sauce over all. Serves 8.
