Why I Love This Recipe
Ingredients You'll Need
1 lb. beef, cut in 1 inch cubes
1 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
freshly cracked pepper
8 bamboo skewers
veggies as desired (I used onion and red bell pepper)
Soak bamboo skewers in water for 20-30 minutes.
Drizzle cubed beef with worcestershire sauce.
Season liberally with fresh cracked black pepper.
Add kosher salt & thyme.
Put on skewers.
Grill until desired tenderness.
