  • 2 large Bundles of Bok Choy
  • 1 Tsp of virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp of green seasoning
  • 3 small brach ofCelery
  • 1 branch of parsley
  • 1 branch of fresh/dry thyme
  • 2 chicken granules cubes
  • 2 dash of garlic powder


  • Rinse vegetable over cool running water
  • Cut vegetables into small pieces.( about 1 inch each)
  • Heat 1 tsp of virgin olive oil on medium fire
  • Add green seasoning mix
  • Stir and simmer on medium heat for 5 mn
  • Add chicken granules into the pot
  • Stir and be sure to crush cubes (flavor)
  • Add half of the Bok Choy to the pot and stir
  • Add other half and stir
  • Add Garlic powder
  • Cover and steam on low fire for 15 mn
  • Can be served with white rice/vegetable rice


This vegetables has a lot of nutrients. I grew up eating this vegetable as a child.
