  • 200g ground pork
  • 4pcs eggs
  • 1 cup soup stock
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp black vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Ginger
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • Spring onion
  • 1 tbsp white wine
  • 4 small onion tagalog

Directions

  • Procedure:
  • • Heat oil in the pan add ginger, onion, ground pork, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, vinegar, and wine. Add the soup stock. Simmer for 10 minutes. Let it cool. Beat the eggs and mix with the ground pork and the seasonings. Steam for 15 minutes. Serve and garnish with the spring onions.
