In a large pot put he following ingredients:
Shaved carrots, chopped celery, a diced large shallot, bay leaves, quarter of a cup of white wine vinegar, several bay leaves, a large clump of freshh parsley, salt and pepper to taste, 1/2 bottle of clam juice, two cups of water, a table spoon of herbs de provence and two 1 and 1/2 pound lobsters. Turn heat to high and set timer to 25 minutes. Sip your martini and wait. Once they're done , split the lobsters, serve on a plate with clarified butter, french fries and enjoy. Did it tonight. Served with a bottle of chilled Sergio Italian sparkling wine. WOW!
This is crap. If I had the time to fill out all of this junk, I'd lose 30 lbs. Forget it!
