Why I Love This Recipe

In a past life (it seems) I competed in live figure modeling contests. Preparation required extreme discipline and strict dieting. I had to come up with flavors that were low in fat, sodium, carbs, etc. So I came up with this recipe and it just so happened to become a family favorite. I hope you enjoy this great dish... It's a recipe that brings back very happy (and grueling) memories for me and my family.


Ingredients You'll Need

1 package of leg quarters
1/2 cup hot wing sauce
1 tsp chopped fresh garlic
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp thyme
A dash of salt and pepper


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees


Lay out chicken in a pan


Spray with cooking spray


Cook 40 minutes then take out of oven


Peel skin off of chicken


Mix together hot wing sauce with dry ingredients and with a brush, brush sauce over chicken and spray cooking spray on top to keep chicken moistened.


Put back in oven for 1 1/2 hrs until golden brown


Serve
