  • Preparation Time:

  • Chicken
  • scant 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 T. vinegar
  • 3 heaping T. brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. garlic
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 T. parsley flakes
  • scant 1/4 cup water

  • Mix all ingredients in skillet; add chicken. Cook over medium heat.
  • When sauce starts to reduce, turn down heat and cook until chicken is done: Approx. 25 minutes for boneless and 45-60 min. for bone-in.
  • NOTE: For boneless chicken, start sauce first, as cooking time is shorter

This recipe is really called "Hawaiian Chicken" but we always called it "Sticky Chicken" as kids. When finished, there is a nice, sticky glaze coating the chicken. Yum!
