Why I Love This Recipe

I received this recipe from my Office Manager Carol and they have been a hit with everyone that has had them.

Ingredients You'll Need

5 lbs frozen chicken wings
5 oz soy sauce
2 c. brown sugar

Directions

Put wings in deep pan.

Stir together soy sauce and brown sugar and pour over wings.

Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.

Remove foil and continue baking for 1 hour or until liquid has evaporated and wings are sticky. I sometimes have to remove some of the liquid after the 1 1/2 hours.

Questions, Comments & Reviews

These were fantastic!! I made 15 pounds for a soccer team dinner and the (25) boys loved them.
Since I making so many, I cooked according to above directions on Day 1, draining all liquid.
Day 2, made a batch of sauce and cooked them for an additional hour.
They were sticky and wonderful!!!
I used the same method for 5 pounds of hot wings!

Great recipe! My son assumed these wings from Buffalo Wild Wings, and wondered what sauce we had chosen. Can't wait for "Buy one, Get one free" chicken wings sales!

Thank you, Motherof2Boys.
