Stir-fried Maple Bacon Brussell Sprouts
1/2 lb. Double Smoked thick cut bacon - cut into 1" strips
1 1/2 lbs. Brussell Sprouts, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. Maple Syrup
1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper (optional)
Fry bacon strips over medium high in large skillet until brown and crispy.
Stir in maple syrup and cayenne pepper.
Stir in sliced Brussell Sprouts.
Continue to stir-fry over medium heat until Brussell Sprouts are cooked but still a little crunchy, about 20 minutes.
