I found this recipe in my favourite newspaper the Leeuwarder Courant dated 9/11/2009. It's a recipe from their writer Klaas Kasma. I've tried it a few times and it is delicious.

• 1 small melon, cut into small pieces
• 250 grams of strawberries, cut in halves
• 2 tablespoons of sugar
• half a bottle/375 ml. of white wine, not the very dry type, but the more sweet one
• 2 sprigs of fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
• 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• 250 ml of freshly squeezed orange juice
