STRAWBERRY FLOAT

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1/3 cup strawberry ice milk
  • club soda

Directions

  • Put skim milk, sugar and vanilla in a blender. Wash and hull strawberries. Place all but one strawberry into the blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
  • Pour mixture into a large glass. Top with ice milk and club soda. Garnish with the strawberry. Serves 1.
