STRAWBERRY - BRANDY SAUCE
Strawberry - Brandy Sauce
The following dessert sauce can be served over ice cream or angel food cake.

- 5 cups quartered fresh strawberries
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 8 tablespoons brandy
- 2 teaspoons grated lime rind
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl and stir gently. Let stand 20 minutes.
2. Place half of strawberry mixture and lime rind in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Add to remaining strawberry mixture, stir well. Cover and chill. Yield 3 cups.
