Strawberry Aspargus Pizza

Ingredients

1 Light Flat Out Wraps: Italian Herb Whole Grain
1/2 cup Strawberries, fresh, sliced
7 spears Asparagus, fresh, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long)
1/4 cup Fat Free Cottage Cheese
1/4 cup Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
.5 tsp Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp Italian Seasoning
Cooking Spray


Put aspargus in boiling water and cover, cook until tender about 6 minutes


Blend in food processor cottage cheese, chedder cheese, onion powder, garlic salt, lemon juice, and italian seasoning (may want to start with less powder/salt/seasoning and continue to add till desired taste)


chop asparagus


spray a cookie sheet with nonstick spray and lay flat out wrap flat on sheet, top with cheese mix,


top with asparagus and strawberries


place in oven at 350 for 15min or until cheese is bubbly, watch to make sure wrap does not burn (edges will crisp)
