INGREDIENTS
- 4 eggs
- 2 layer white cake
- strawberry jello mix
- 1 cup oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup mashed strawberries
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- cool whip
- 1 cup powdered sugar
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine cake mix and gelatin.
Add eggs, oil, water and 3/4 cups of stawberries.
Pour into pans.
Bake 30 minutes; cool, remove from pans and cool completely.
Beat cream cheese until creamy.
Gradually beat in sugar.
Add berries and mix well.
Whisk in cool whip.
Frost.
