1-1/3 cup graham crackers crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup sugar
4 pkgs. (3 oz.) cream cheese (softened)
2 egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Combine the first 3 ingredients. Press into a 9 or 10 inch pan. Cream cheese until soft. Beat egg whites until fluffy but not dry. Add 1/2 cup sugar gradually. Beat until stiff but not dry. Add cream cheese and vanilla. Gradually beat until smooth. Pour into lined pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool
1 pkg. strawberry jello
1 cup boiling water
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen strawberries.
Mix together and cover cheesecake. Let it set up in the refrigerator.
