PrintINGREDIENTS
- Cake:
- 1 (18.25-ounce) yellow or white cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 (10-ounce) package frozen strawberries in syrup, slightly thawed
- 1 (3-ounce) box strawberry gelatin
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tablespoons flour
- Frosting:
- 1/2 (10-ounce) package frozen strawberries in syrup, slightly thawed
- 3 3/4 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.
For cake, mix cake mix, eggs, strawberries, gelatin, oil, water and flour. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
For frosting, mix strawberries, confectioners' sugar and butter. Spread on cooled cake
