- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp pink food colouring (optional)
- pinch of salt
- 2 1/2 cups icing sugar
- blend salt & butter, add sifted sugar alternatly with puree strawberries, add vanilla. spread on cupcakes.
