INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tbs butter
  • 1/4 cup puree strawberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp pink food colouring (optional)
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 1/2 cups icing sugar

DIRECTIONS

blend salt & butter, add sifted sugar alternatly with puree strawberries, add vanilla. spread on cupcakes.
