STRAWBERRY JAM FRENCH TOAST

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 t cinnamon
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 8 slices of bread
  • butter
  • Strawberry Jam
  • powdered sugar

Directions

  • mix together eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla
  • meanwhile heat large griddle on medium-high heat
  • dip bread in egg mixture coating both side
  • fry bead until golden brown on both sides (about 2-3 min each side)
  • butter each toast while still hot
  • serve with jam and powdered sugar on top
