Strawberry Jello Salad
2 packages (3 oz. each) strawberry Jello
2 cups boiling water
2 packages (10 oz. each) frozen sliced strawberries
1 can (1 lb. 4-1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple
2 bananas, mashed
1 pint sour cream
Put the Jello in the boiling water and stir until dissolved. Add strawberries, pineapple and bananas. Mix well, turn half into an 8-inch square pan or glass dish. Chill until firm.
Spread the sour cream over the top. Cover with the remaining half of the Jello mixture. Chill. Cut in squares. Serves 6 to 8.
