Strawberry Overnight Oats with Honey and Flaxseed

"Strawberry Overnight Oats with Honey and Flaxseed is an easy, superhealthy breakfast idea packed with vitamins and antioxidants!"

Serves 1 | Prep Time 5 | Cook Time 0

Ingredients

1 Cup Quick Cooking Oats
1 Cup Strawberries, sliced
1/4 Cup Honey
2 Tablespoons Flaxseed
1 Cup Milk (I use 2%, but low fat milk can be substituted)


In a container of your choice, place 1/2 cup oats, 1 Tablespoon of the flaxseed, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2  cup sliced strawberries and 1/8 cup honey.


Repeat layers and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.  One serving.

Breakfast or snack time
