Strawberry Peach Trifle
3 cups cold fat free milk
2, 1 oz, packages of instant sugar free white chocolate pudding mix.
1 prepared angel food cake (14 oz) cut into 1 inch cubes.
3 cups fresh sliced strawberries.
2 cups fresh or frozen sliced unsweetened peaches.
1 carton (8 oz.) reduced fat frozen whipped topping, thawed.
Additional sliced strawberries.
in a mixing bowl, combine milk and pudding mixes. Beat on low speed for 2 minutes. Place 1/3 of cake cubes in trifle bowl or 3 and 1/2 qt. glass serving bowl.Top with 1/3 of the pudding, 1 cup of the strawberries, 1 cup of peaches and 1/3 of whipped topping.
Repeat the layering and garnish with additional sliced strawberries.
Chill for at least 45 minutes.
