1 cup boiling water
1 small box strawberry Jell-o
1 cup or less sugar
4 teaspoons corn starch
1 cup cold water
Add Jell-o and sugar to boiling water.
Mix cornstarch with cold water and add to Jell-o mix.
Return to heat and cook 5 minutes longer at low boil.
Cool and add 1 quart whole or cut strawberries.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Chill 4 hours or overnight.
Serve with whipped topping.
