1 Baked Graham Cracker Crust
Strawberries (washed and halved) about 1 pint
1 (3oz). box Strawberry Jello
1/4-Cup Corn Starch
2 Cups Boiling Water
Fill pie shell with strawberries.
In a small saucepan, mix together: jello, cornstarch and sugar.
Add boiling water
Stir and simmer until mix is dissolved and clear, (about 10 minutes).
Cool slightly by putting pan in cold water.
Pour over berries in baked pie shell.
Cover and refrigerate.
Top with whipped cream for serving.
