1 (8-ounce) roll of Pillsbury refrigerated sugar cookie dough
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 teaspoons lemon juice
¼ cup sugar
½ cup whipping cream
Sliced strawberries or other fruit
1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
2. Press cookie dough into a 9” x 13” pan (it’s easier if you rub your hands with butter first); bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden, and then let it cool.
3. Mix cream cheese, lemon juice, and sugar.
4. Add whipping cream to cream cheese mixture and mix on high speed until light and fluffy; spread on cooled crust.
5. Top with sliced fruit then drizzle and good amount of strawberry glaze over the fruit, then refrigera
