STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE

Ingredients

  • 6 Rhodes™ Warm-N-Serv Soft Dinner rolls
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • Whipped Topping

Directions

  • Cut each roll in half, and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bake at 325° F for 12-15 minutes. Mix Strawberries and sugar and mash together. Take a cooled roll and open up. Put a spoonful of Strawberry mixture, and a dallop of whipped topping inside the roll. Close roll, and repeat toppings.
