  • 1 c. thinly sliced ripe strawberries
  • 1 c. white wine vinegar
    •

DIRECTIONS

Place fruit in clean jar. Cover with vinegar. Let sit about 2


weeks, covered tightly. Strain through cheesecloth. Seal. Use


within 2 months with fruit or vegetable salads or chicken
