2 Loaves Rhodes frozen bread dough
1 pound Bob Evans sausage cooked and crumbled
1/2 pound mozzarella cheese sliced
1/2 pound sliced ham
1/2 pound sliced Swiss
1/2 pound or less pepperoni
About 1/2 C spaghetti or pizza sauce
Defrost bread dough according to package directions.
When defrosted, spread out dough with your hands on a 10 by 15 well oiled baking sheet.
Down the center third of the dough layer all of the meats and cheeses and top with the sauce.
Fold over the two sides of the dough to cover the filling, being careful to tuck in all of the edges and ends.
Brush the top of the rolls with 1 beaten egg.
Bake for 15 minutes at 400, then turn the oven down and bake for an additional 15 minutes at 350.
Let cool at least 20 minutes before cutting.
Serve hot or cold or room temp.
