Stuffed Bread

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large loaf french bread
  • 1 small jar Cheez Whiz
  • 1 can condensed Tomato Soup
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion-chopped fine
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper-chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery- sliced thin

DIRECTIONS

Crumble and brown ground beef.Drain off grease. Set aside. In a bowl, mix soup (right out of can) and cheez whiz. Cut bread lengthwise, near the top, so it looks like a lid afterwards. Scoop the bread out of the inside, leaving a crust shell. Crumble the bread that you took out into the meat mixture. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well with clean hands. Using hands again, scoop mixture into crust hull. Top with the "lid" that you previously cut off. Wrap tightly with foil. Bake 350' until inside is hot...about 30 to 45 minutes.
