Stuffed Chicken Breast
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
2 tsp of butter
1 teaspoon of parsley
2 tsp minced garlic
1/4 cup milk
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp caynne pepper
Make a deep slash down the side of each chicken breast. Mix butter, parsley and garlic together.
Split the mixture and stuff into the slit of each breast.
Dip in flour mixture, then in beaten egg/milk mixture then again in flour mixture.
Repeat with each chicken breast.
Fry in a heated skillet over medium with 3 Tbsp garlic olive oil til browned and cooked through.
