Stuffed Cremini Mushrooms
2 cups cremini mushrooms with stems removed and diced
4 garlic cloves minced
small bunch of parsley chopped
4 TBSP of olive oil
1 cup fresh parmesan cheese
5 TBSP of whole wheat bread crumbs
salt to taste
For filling chop the mushroom stems.
Sauté garlic, mushroom stems and parsley in oil.
Add cheese and bread crumbs and mix.
Medium heat pan with olive oil and cook mushrooms facing down for 3 minutes.
Turn over side up and fill mushrooms with filling, lower the heat and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.

Mushrooms are cleaned with wet towels.
