STUFFED FRENCH TOAST

- 1 pkg cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- 1 1/2 cups tart red cherries, pitted
- 1 loaf bread
- 7 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
Cream cheese and sugar
Add whipping cream and cherries, mix well
In bowl beat eggs
Add vanilla and cinnamon to eggs and mix well
Spread cheese mixture between 2 slices of bread
Dip into egg mixture, cook in lightly greased pan till golden brown
