STUFFED FRENCH TOAST

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 cups tart red cherries, pitted
  • 1 loaf bread
  • 7 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Directions

  • Cream cheese and sugar
  • Add whipping cream and cherries, mix well
  • In bowl beat eggs
  • Add vanilla and cinnamon to eggs and mix well
  • Spread cheese mixture between 2 slices of bread
  • Dip into egg mixture, cook in lightly greased pan till golden brown
