Why I Love This Recipe


Ingredients You'll Need

12 mushrooms
4 Shallots, chopped
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
salt & pepper to taste


Directions

Wipe mushrooms with a damp cloth. Remove stems and chop. (Set mushrooms caps aside to stuff).


Melt butter in pan, add shallots, parsley, and chopped mushroom stems. Saute for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.


Arrange mushrooms in shallow, oiled, baking dish.


Fill each cap with shallot mixture. Bake uncovered in 350F oven for 25 minutes.
