30 Large Mushroom Caps
1 lb. Cooked Pork Sausage (drained)
1/2 lb. Finely shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 c. Bread Crumbs
1/4 c. Green Onions
1/4 c. Parsley (chopped)
1/2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp. Garlic
1 oz. Worcestershire Sauce
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Fill mushroom caps with stuffing.
Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown, 20 to 30 minutes.
