3 Tbsp olive oil
6 cloves garlic, minced and sauted
1 package cream cheese (can use LF)
1/2 c bread crumbs
½ c Italian cheese blend
3 tbsp Italian seasoning mix
2-3 packages Mushrooms (cleaned and stems removed)
Saute olive oil and garlic in a pan.
Mix together softened cream cheese, bread crumbs, garlic and olive oil, cheese and seasoning.
Stuff the mushroom caps with the filling.
Bake until the mushrooms are cooked and the filling is melted, about 20-25 minutes.
